In January 2022, the company launched their own original podcasts created with talented TikTok stars. As Hollywood is increasingly looking to podcasts for creative stories they can adapt for TV and film, Pod People is positioning itself as the go-to source for brilliant original podcast talent and IP - especially from up-and-coming voices. The company is on track to have 25 original shows publishing by the end of 2022, with the goal of becoming an open-source talent agency for audio.

In the spirit of uplifting creators, Pod People is also announcing the launch of their Pod Pipeline, to source the best original podcast ideas from their talented community of 2,000+ audio creators, with a focus on uplifting underrepresented voices and stories within the audio space.
